That's interesting. My girlfriend is learning Chinese and the instructor told her it would make her head hurt since you're using parts of your brain you don't normally use (Because of the tonal stuff.) Tonal languages are quite strange.

Tired....was very busy last week, and had to jump back into work again. Also feeling a little lonely; the short break I've just had somehow seems to have amplified how distanced I am from just about everyone and everything in the offline world.

I read some article about how studying a language makes your brain grow. Apparently learning languages is like working out for you brain, or something.. it just makes parts of it bigger.
And eventually your head will be huge. Or not

Grumpy. Weather is awesome but I have to study for a test when I should be out shaking the snow of trees or something. It's perfect tree shaking snow, all fluffy and light.

Anyways, I feel annoyed. I planned to go to the Math study session tonight, but it was cancelled. So I'm kinda stuck until tomorrow. I guess I'll study some economics.

Stressed out and really excited at the same time. A ton of coffee and pure stubbornness should help me keep going a little longer. And then I may rest.

I've been pretty up and down lately. On one hand, I've been elated to have a new baby, but it has been a crazy amount of responsibility. I just got a new job, and it's been a bit of a difficult adjustment.
