Juan is the Avon lady but thinks people at SD are just too darn ugly for his make up to help them look any better.JoePesci wrote:^Wait, what is going on?
Also has something against Vanilla Ice cream. RACIST!

Re: The Other Dojo (Not naming specifically)
Just looking through old topics and PMs at SD, can't believe how many years have passed.
Re: The Other Dojo (Not naming specifically)
I just had a cool (but unlikely) idea. Wouldn't it be cool if Orange County Choppers made a replica bike based on the Motorcycle Ryo rode on to save Nozomi to commemorate 10 years of Shenmue? I posted this on Sega's official facebook board to give them ideas. That bike could essentially save Shenmue with the publicity. It saved Nozomi, it can save Shenmue as well.

Jeff, you may be onto something there. It could be the beginning of an all new gaming demographic...

The only reason Jeff is celebrating the loss of the current boards is because he has nothing else to celebrate in his life.

This is somewhat lame. However, I'm sure the Shenmue community will continue just fine.

Hey everyone. Nice to see you guys. I didn't mean this topic was lame, only the closing of Shenmue Dojo.
Okay, I'm not gonna lie. I'm not sure how the community would handle the lack of an actual site with information of all things good and Shenmue.
So, I just purchased the domain http://www.whatisshenmue.com/.
I already have Wikipedia-esque script running there. Surprisingly, the Shenmue community is still very active. So, letting users control the information might prove to be

Yes, that's certainly a good idea!

Re: The Other Dojo (Not naming specifically)
Sweet idea, Iwao. That is a good way to keep Shenmue alive, even though time is trying to kill it. Oh yeah, and SEGA.
Re: The Other Dojo (Not naming specifically)
Haha Shenmue Yokosuka still stands, that's pretty awesome.

I am impressed with that. I'm just glad I didn't host it on GeoCities.Avon Barksdale wrote:Haha Shenmue Yokosuka still stands, that's pretty awesome.
