Looks like the school I went to outside of Queens until the 3rd grade. Except the cafeteria/basement was monitored by a drunken homeless lady with no teeth that yelled incoherent ramblings. I was a minority.

I was driving down the road when a couple of girl scouts started waving at me holding signs that said 'buy Girl Scout Cookies'. They were waving rapidly directly at me. So I started to wave rapidly back at them with a big smile. They got all excited thinking that I was going to buy their cookies. I then continued to drive right by them, still waving as I saw the disappointment in their faces in my rear view mirror. I then laughed a good 2 minutes...I'm going to hell...
