Main site work

At the moment, the main site www.hazukidojo.com is very basic and consists of nothing more than a few random thoughts of mine. If you'd like to contribute ideas or content, it would be very welcome. I'd like it to be more than just a placeholder.

HD does not necessarily have to be a Shenmue site although it will always be strong theme within whatever it is we choose to do.

As I intimated in my Welcome Back topic, everything goes through the co-op first, but depending on the viablity of whatever ideas you may have, we may be willing to extend more control to you.

I don't know what you're thinking for content, but to be honest with you, every time I go online I usually watch the latest dumb youtube videos or look at funny pictures. I like to be mildly entertained. Maybe we can post funny news stories or funny video/pics? Or maybe not because there's a million other sites like that. Nevermind, that's not that great of an idea and I've already typed it so I'm still posting it... so HA. take that.

I wish there were more Shenmue parodies, like the phone pranks that TapeZilla did. If there were things similar to that that would be awesome and certainly would get a lot of visitors I think. I think it would be more interesting to have Shenmue media as apposed to Shenmue information on the site. Its nice to see the HD back!

For now, I set up my new blog on the main site. If I get around to buying a new Dreamcast and that dazzle software (or something better depending on funds) I'll start rebuilding the Shenmue sections. I managed to dig up Tim's Shenmue Harbour files that I worked on before which I could always transpose of course...

I like that Shenmue III's announcement has kind of been a long running joke in the community but now its real. Its like the rapture for us Shenmue fans.

Amen, this has been long time coming. But I think we might want to start doing some Shenmue related updating in the near future.

I have put up a new blog post and depending on time, I might try and find some placeholder pages but still have no solid plans on any other content. As far as hard game info goes, that might be better left to SD unless anyone else fancies a crack at compiling the necessary text, maps, images, etc
