Sega's Clue...

http://www.sega.com/jackpot/

People are trying to figure out what this means. Sega posted this link on Facebook, it's to hint off something, but what?..

From what I can see the last ball is counting down minutes. Perhaps the one to the left is hours and the one farthest to the left is days. Something to be announced soon? Tuesday?

Found an article on this.

Unless it's something completely new, which can't be predicted, I could only guess at jackpot associations to... a possible release of Yakuza 3 in the West
some sort of spiritual sequel to God Hand (the original was done by Clover studios under Capcom, but the personnel is now called PlatinumGames and is on a 5 game contract with SEGA, only 3 were announced)
a new Super Monkey Ball (unlikely)

My guess would be on something completely new.

Shemue III of course would be a wide wide shot hehe...

But let's wait for Tuesday then, maybe more clues will pop up :)

Vyse Madworld really is the spiritual follow up to Godhand.

Sega is more notorious last few years of "teh secret big announcement" then it's just something lame, this looks maybe more causal I bet.

I mean dear god Let's tap was considered a big announcement and that thing was crap.

Well, I haven't played MadWorld, and I believe you haven't played God Hand. While they may both be crazy beat'em ups, I think they were very different kinds of games, despite being from the same team, but not the same directors.

My guess was more of a joke tho. I believe it'll be something new, and, as is customary with sega these days, something lame, even if it involves an old series.

*sigh* That's what been so hard about waiting for Shenmue III. Every year there's always some big announcement. Followed by disastrous disappointment. :x

ha, I remember a few years ago we got all excited for the 'big announcement' and it turned out to be another Monkeyball game. Funny because it made the Shenmue community go ape shit afterwards.

It's probably a Sonic pachinko game for the Wii.

Right click page source to see the code and I found Phantasy Star.

I wonder if it changes when you refresh it since it can't be that easy to guess.
