I'd just like to say I agree with Avon's post. With particular emphasis on this:

I'm telling you, even disregarding their more controversial crap, this party would run any country straight into the ground.

The BNP, as I've said many times, are all talk - they do not know how to run a country, their policies are generally unrealistic.

However, Avon, were you getting socialism mixed up with protectionism there? I agree with what you say, but you can still have private businesses in a self sufficient state, albeit fairly restricted ones...

The BNP runs socialist protectionism, I always saw them as socialist first I mean protectionism is pretty universal in some form or other, but it's pretty difficult to know exactly what they are talking about because their policies are often not well thought out.
