^ I've been pretty consistent. I try to do it before I go to bed for about 15 minutes. I would like to do it in the morning as well, but my job is preventing me from doing that (I have to wake up at 5:00 AM to leave on time). I like using mediation music on YouTube while I'm doing it, it helps me relax easier and faster. I was having trouble getting my mind to slow down when I first stated. Lately, I been using Binaural Beats while I meditate. I know people argue about the legitimacy of it, but it seems to be helping me deal some medical issues.

But all in all, I would have to say the hardest part was starting. After about a month my mind knows to do it before I go to bed.
